Jamie Skelton Magician & MC- BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When booking Jamie via the online booking form or by any other means, including , but not limited to phone, text, whatsapp, email, social media etc, you are confirming that you are in acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Please review carefully.

Engagement Terms

 

(1) The contract between you and Jamie Skelton consists of the online booking form you completed and these terms and conditions, which govern the services provided. Review them carefully.

 

(2) This agreement is legally binding once you complete the booking form, accept these terms, and Jamie Skelton confirms receipt of the booking fee.

 

(3) Jamie Skelton will deliver the agreed services professionally on the scheduled

date, adhering to venue rules where applicable.

 

(4) The remaining balance of the performance fee must be paid by 5:00 p.m. on the performance date, either by bank draft, card or cash.

 

(5) If full payment is not made by 5:00 p.m. Jamie Skelton can claim the outstanding amount as a debt, with interest at 10% per year.

 

Cancellation Policy

(1) After finalising the agreement, Jamie Skelton will reserve the performance date & time, making it unavailable to others. Cancellation terms:

 

a. The booking fee is non-refundable unless canceled within 14 days of booking or a reschedule is agreed upon at Jamie Skelton’s discretion.

 

b. Canceling less than 30 days before the performance date requires payment of the full fee.

 

(2) Cancellations must be submitted via email to jamieskelton@dublinmagician.ie, including your full name, venue, and performance date. Phone or other forms of cancellations are not accepted.

 

(3) You have a 14-day cooling-off period after accepting the agreement, during which you can cancel by notifying Jamie Skelton via email.

 

Force Majeure

(1) Jamie Skelton is not liable for delays or failures caused by uncontrollable events, such as strikes, wars, or natural disasters. If such an event occurs, Jamie Skelton will notify you promptly, and both parties will be released from obligations. You will receive a full refund within 14 days unless the issue is due to your actions. If notice is less than 48 hours, you will cover any expenses incurred by Jamie Skelton.

 

(2) If Jamie Skelton is unable to perform due to illness or emergency, you will be informed, the agreement will be void, and payments refunded within 14 days. Jamie Skelton may try to find a replacement but is not obligated to do so.

 

Intellectual Property

(1) All intellectual property rights related to Jamie Skelton’s performance remain with Jamie Skelton. No rights to use Jamie Skelton’s name or trademarks are granted. Photos or videos from performances may be used for promotional purposes, including images of you or your guests, unless otherwise requested.

 

Additional Terms

(1) You agree to indemnify Jamie Skelton from any third-party claims related to the performance.

 

(2) Jamie Skelton reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice.

 

(3) This agreement is governed by Irish law.

 

(4) For Half-day or Full-day MC wedding packages, a vendor meal is requested.

 

(5) For all wedding packages, there is a strict 10:00 p.m. cut-off time.
