Jamie was the couple's own Gandalf at Lorraine & Tom's Lord of the Rings wedding, when The Station House Hotel became The Shire.

The wedding

Jamie at Lorraine & Tom's wedding

Lorraine and Tom are huge fans of the Lord of the Rings books and films. For their wedding on a Monday in June 2026, they turned The Station House Hotel into The Shire. They put a lot of work into the fantasy theme, and Jamie says it did not disappoint.

Jamie was their personal Gandalf for the day. He hosted and performed, and he handled everything from the magic to the MC duties.

He gave the couple a unique Lord of the Rings deck of cards, then performed magic with it. As their compere and MC, he announced them into the room to thunderous applause.

Jamie worked alongside photographer Phil Voon (@giveusagoo) at the wedding. Jamie later called the hotel one of his favourite wedding venues.
