Cabra Castle
Cabra Castle stands on 100 acres of parkland and gardens near Kingscourt, with Dún a Rí Forest Park behind it. Henry Foster rebuilt the older Cormy Castle here in 1808. Colonel Joseph Pratt gave it the Cabra name around 1820, and the Corscadden family bought it in 1991 and re-opened it as a hotel.

Do you travel outside Dublin?
Yes. Jamie performs at weddings and events all over Ireland and internationally. *Events outside of Leinster will incur a small travel fee. **For events outside Ireland, travel & accommodation will need to be paid for & provided.
What's the difference between the wedding packages?
Pre-Dinner Presto is close-up magic during the drinks reception. After-Dinner Presto is interactive table magic between dinner and the band. The Magic MC packages add hosting duties, announcements and a PA system if needed, for half or the whole day.
Do you perform at children's parties?
No, Jamie specialises in adult events. He's happy to recommend a children's entertainer.
Can the magic be a surprise for our guests?
Yes, Jamie is frequently booked as a surprise for guests, or by friends and family as a special surprise for the couple. On occasion, Jamie is even booked by one half of the couple, creating a wonderful surprise for their partner on the wedding day itself.
How much does Jamie charge?
Wedding packages start from €795 (Pre-Dinner Presto, close-up magic at the drinks reception) up to €1,995 (Magic MC, full day). Day 2 and pre-wedding parties start from €695. Corporate events, private parties and weddings outside Leinster need a direct quote once he has received the details.

Do I need to pay a booking fee or deposit?
Yes. Weddings need a standard €200 booking deposit, with a booking contract. Larger events such as corporate functions are usually paid in full in advance, or just after the event.
